By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your data only as necessary to provide the services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Fees for paid plans are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Overages are billed according to the rates outlined in the pricing section. Setup fees, where applicable, are due at the start of service. All payments are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable.
The platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackbook and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability will not exceed the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our company is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
